This weekend, celebrate summer in Portsmouth, RI at the Portuguese American Citizens Club!
SerenaRose Events have planned a weekend of festivities for the community with over 80 vendors, crafters, vendors, food trucks and more!
The festival has free admission and will be held on Saturday and Sunday from 12pm – 6pm at 35 Power Street in Portsmouth.
