Was one of your New Year’s resolutions to focus more on self care? This Saturday, January 20th, join in on the Love Yoga Fest in Falmouth. 

The day will be full of yoga, meditation, workshops and presentations, a vendor shopping area, and the opportunity for massages, reiki, and more.

The event is held at Sea Crest Beach Hotel in Falmouth and is structured to be a tranquil day by the ocean to connect with others and focus on your mind, body, spirit, and soul.
