HAAPPPPY FRIDAY! It’s finally the weekend and I couldn’t be happier! Tons of things happened this week, so let’s dive right in!
Lessons in Chemistry, the Apple TV+ adaptation based off of the novel that took the world by storm last year, hits the streaming service today! As an avid reader, you know I have been eagerly awaiting this miniseries – if any of you watch it or read the book, let us know what you think!
The Buffy Audible series also premiered yesterday and is being celebrated this weekend at New York Comic Con! If you loved Buffy, check this series out and be on the lookout for recaps from the iconic panel set to take place tomorrow at NYCC with numerous members of the original Buffy cast!
If you’re looking for a new movie, the trailer for the new Chris Evans and Emily Blunt film Pain Hustlers dropped this week – check it out below!
The movie hits select theaters next Friday and will be streaming on Netflix the following Friday (10/27).
In terms of game shows, The Masked Singer welcomed season 6 winner Jewel back to the stage for 2000s Night. Check out her performance of her song Standing Still below.
Vanna White also named who she thinks should be her replacement on Wheel of Fortune should it come to that and she believes it should be none other than Maddie Sajak, Pat’s daughter!
Now, let’s get to all of the reunions happening lately!!
We learned this week that Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling will be reuniting for the Ocean’s Eleven prequel film after their smashing performance in the Barbie movie this past summer!
Which, speaking of, even if you haven’t seen the movie, I’m sure you’ve heard the song I’m Just Ken, performed by Ryan Gosling himself. That song though, however iconic it’s now become, actually almost didn’t make it into the movie! Check out this article to read the backstory.
Jerry Seinfeld also teased a potential Seinfeld reunion at a Boston show last weekend.
When asked if he liked the ending he said: “Well, I have a little secret for you about the ending, but I can’t really tell it because it’s a secret. Here’s what I can tell you, but you can’t tell anybody: Something is going to happen that has to do with that ending. It hasn’t happened yet.”

Frasier is also back! The reboot of the beloved show dropped its first two episodes on Paramount+ yesterday! Frasier is now living in Boston working at Harvard and is ready to dedicate more of his time to his relationship with his son. Check it out here.
Madonna is also back and in good health! Her tour kicks off tomorrow in London and her musical director has said: Madonna’s first ever greatest hits tour will be “a documentary through her vast career” that includes more than 40 songs.
She’ll be in Boston on January 8th and 9th of 2024, and I suggest if you want to go, grab your tickets now before her tour kicks off and ticket prices skyrocket!

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour film hit theaters yesterday and is headed for a record global opening for a concert film! Grab your tickets while you can, they’re going to go fast, if not gone already!

Tom Hiddleston, star of the series, is going to be spending the weekend at New York Con, like myself, and I’m so excited to see what NYCC has to offer with promotions and hyping up the new season!
