Welcome back to The Buzz! It was another busy week in Hollywood as we dive into the start of the fall season!
Three new Spider species were discovered recently and funnily enough, they’ve been named after Star Trek! The three new spiders are all part of the Roddenberry genus – which gets its name from Star Trek’s creator Gene Roddenberry – and the new spiders are called R. kirk, R. spock, and R. mccoy.Check out this article from Nerdist to read more!

- New Rolling Stones Album
- We talked a couple of weeks ago about the new music The Rolling Stones are dropping next month and we knew that Lady Gaga was featured on a track, but we got word of the additional features on the album as well!
- Piano and keyboards from Stevie Wonder
- Bass from Paul McCartney
- Piano from Elton John
- The full tracklist for the album has also been released

- Blink 182 is back with a new 17-track album on October 20th called One More Time…

- Taylor’s re-recording of her album 1989 is coming out on October 27th
- The vault tracks are as follows: “Is It Over Now?,” “Say Don’t Go,” “Now That We Don’t Talk” and “Suburban Legends.”

- 100 Animated Disney Movie Box Set
- Disney is releasing a Blu-Ray box set that includes 100 of Disney’s animated movies dating all the way back 1937
- The set includes 100 of Disney’s and Pixar’s films plus a digital code for all of the films, original theater poster artwork, a collectible crystal Mickey ears hat and more.
- You can preorder the collection from Walmart
- The release date for the collection is November 14th
- Paranormal Activity is Headed to the Stage
- A new stage play based off the hit movie series Paranormal Activity is headed to the theater! It’s still in very early production.

- Percy Jackson coming to Disney+
- The long-awaited series based off of Rick Riordan’s novels is dropping on December 20th
