Welcome back to The Buzz!
This week, we’ve got some exciting news for fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Word on the street is Hugh Jackman will be returning as Wolverine one. last. Time.
Ryan Reynolds revealed on his Twitter that Hugh Jackman has agreed to make one last appearance in Deadpool 3, which will be released in 2024.
Although that release is far away, given Jackman’s seemingly unwavering desire to not revive the role, this is huge for Marvel fans.
If you want to see the video Reynolds posted, it’s linked below.
News also broke this week that Tom Hanks is writing his first novel! It’s called The Making of Another Major Motion Picture Masterpiece, and it’s set to be released in May of 2023.
I’m a sucker for any novel, but this one? This one sounds like it will be fantastic!
It’s a novel about the movie business and the making of a huge superhero action film and the comic book that inspired the movie. And, interspersed throughout the novel, will be comic books written by Hanks and illustrated by Robert Sikoryak.
Everything that is included in the novel are things that Tom Hanks has experienced in his career and lessons and philosophies he’s learned.

But, moving on, we’re one day away from October, and it’s official: Spooky Season is upon us!
In two days, the new AMC Interview With the Vampire series is set to premiere and it has already been renewed for a second season! It seems like it will be a great series, so you won’t want to miss it.
Lastly, and probably the most exciting, the long wait is over: the highly anticipated Hocus Pocus sequel is available on Disney+ today!
