This Thursday, August 11th, Emily Wade Adams is going to be debuting her new music and performing at the Cotuit Center for the Arts!
Adams is a Cape Cod native and is currently performing and living in NYC. This show will be special as she returns to her hometown roots and performs never-before-heard songs from her album in addition to favorites from artists like Etta James and Stevie Wonder.
Adams has a great deal of experience in the industry, including performances at Broadway’s Feinstein’s/54 Below and tributes to Amy Winehouse, Queen, Burt Bacharach, and Tony Bennett, and the new music she is excited to share will have those elements reflected in it. Her original music blends Motown girl group, retro pop, and 60s rock flavors together.
Her show on Thursday, Motown to My Town: An Album Release Concert, will be at 7:30pm on August 11th at the Cotuit Center for the Arts. Tickets are $40, with lower rates for seniors, students, and members.
