Free Admission to the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum

On the first Thursday of every month, which falls on October 6th this month, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum offers free admission from 3 – 9pm. 

You can look forward to visiting the Palace which showcases art, architecture, and seasonal horticultural displays, visiting the café, and visiting the studio for hands-on art-making activities. There will also be live music, films, and conversation! For more information on this month’s free evening, visit this page.

The museum is spectacularly gorgeous, and if you can’t make it for this month’s Free First Thursday, make sure you check back next month!

The Museum is located at 25 Evans Way in Boston and admission is regularly free for members. 

For non-members, regular ticketing costs are as follows:

Adults: $20

Seniors 65 and up: $18

Students: $13

Children Under 18: Free

Here are the regular hours:

Monday: 11am – 5pm

Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday: 11am – 5pm

Thursday: 11am – 9pm

Friday: 11am – 5pm

Saturday: 10am – 5pm

Sunday: 10am – 5pm
