Giving Tuesday

The Do Good Feel Good Campaign Continues! Join Easy 99.1, Reader’s Hardwood Supply and Mid-Cape Home Centers this Giving Tuesday in raising money and awareness for the non-profit organizations that need your support!

Most 501C-3 (Non-profit) organizations in our community continue to survive on the support of sponsorships, fundraising and donations. Giving Tuesday is the biggest crowd funding day of the year. Every year, the hype surrounding the days following Thanksgiving, focus on holiday shopping, major savings and supporting local businesses. From Black Friday, to Cyber Monday, we know your carts and lists have been built. We ask you to set aside a few dollars for Tuesday. In a season so heavily focused on being grateful, it’s always important to remember those less fortunate and moreso, the organizations and volunteers that provide services to those in greatest need. If you don’t have a specific organization in mind, here are some that Easy 99.1 has highlighted as standout service providers across the South Shore and Southern New England.

Gnome Surf

Gnome Surf, a surf therapy organization located in Southern New England has been providing surf therapy to all neuro-diverse athletes of all abilities. If you haven’t heard about them yet, they are continuing to expand their service region across New England and the South Shore with partnerships still blooming. Make a splash. Donate to Gnome Surf and help us ride the wave of inclusivity. Together, we can create a world where everyone is free to ride their own wave.

Homes For Our Troops
