As New Englanders, WaterFire has become a rite of passage. You know once WaterFire starts, the summer starts too.

On its website, WaterFire is described as ‘a powerful work of art and a moving symbol of Providence’s renaissance’. It brings the Providence community together and gives everyone the opportunity to join together and support a non-profit organization as well as vendors around the city. 

WaterFire goes on throughout the entirety of the summer, and this month, there is a partial lighting on June 18th and a full lighting on June 24th.
