This weekend, the town of Taunton is hosting their annual holiday celebration and there’s no shortage of events planned!

Throughout town, there will be multiple sites set up, each hosting different activities. Some, but definitely not all, of the plans include a Christmas Kids Fair, train rides, face painting, free hot chocolate and cookies, free Christmas ornaments, dancing, visits from Santa, even pony rides and a petting zoo, and that’s just scratching the surface of all the fun things you can look forward to at this event! 

Maybe the most exciting part of all is the long anticipated lighting of the green! So gather up the family and celebrate the holidays together this season.

If you can’t make the event, you can always drive through town throughout the season and see the display as well, and if you roll down your windows on your drive, you’ll be able to hear the music throughout town.
