There is SO much going on this week, especially following Sunday’s big game!
Larry and I talked earlier this week about our favorite commercials from the Super Bowl and one of them was the DunKings commercial with Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, and Tom Brady.
In the commercial, Affleck, Damon, and Brady were wearing Dunkin’ Donuts tracksuits, and following the game, Dunkin’ Donuts put those tracksuits on sale. They instantly sold out and there’s currently a preorder available for these items if you still want them. Check it out here.
Speaking of Jennifer Lopez, her newest album dropped today – her first in 10 years!
The album is called This is Me…Now, a follow up to her third studio album This is Me… Then (2002). With the album, she also released a film called This is Me… Now A Love Story, which you can watch on Prime today.
She also announced the dates for a summer tour as well – she will be at the TD Garden in Boston on August 7th. Citi cardmembers, Verizon Up customers, and JLo Fan Club members will have access to a presale on February 20th to purchase tickets, and general ticket sales begin on February 23rd.
We also got our first look at the Michael Jackson biopic this week. The film will be released in theaters in April and will follow his life and career.
Jackson’s nephew Jaafar Jackson will be playing Michael in the movie and the resemblance is uncanny; he so deeply embodies his actions, mannerisms and spirit. Check out the side by side photo below of Michael in 1992 and his nephew in the film.

During the Super Bowl, we learned that Beyonce is set to release a new album… but not the genre you would think! She’s going to be releasing a country album! The album is set for a March 29th release and she’s already released Texas Hold ‘Em and 16 Carriages.
The Wicked the musical movie has been in the works for so long now and we finally got our first look at it during the Super Bowl. Check out the teaser below.

If you’re looking for some nostalgia, Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffulo had a sweet 13 Going on 30 reunion at his Hollywood Walk of Fame induction ceremony and we also learned that there’s a new Road House (1989) remake in the works as well as a sequel to the iconic 1996 film Twister. There is also a Suits spin off in the works called Suits: LA which is set to star Stephen Amell.
