The Pajaro Valley Unified School District will host a vaccine clinic for students 16 years old and older on Wednesday, April 21. The school district has partnered with Dominican Hospital/Dignity Health to bring the Pfizer vaccine to the students at the Pajaro Valley High School gymnasium.Students who qualify for the vaccine must complete a consent form, located at this link. The clinic will be held on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.Students will be required to bring a form of photo identification when they arrive at the vaccination clinic.
