A man was arrested for commandeering a vessel in the Santa Cruz Harbor, Thursday evening. The Santa Cruz Police Department reported that the man was arrested for trespassing on the O'Neill Sea Odyssey. The vessel is used for ocean conservation education for kids. The suspect never took the boat out to sea but made a lot of noise.
