Update 4:05 p.m.: According to Caltrans, all lanes of Highway 101 were reopened in the King City area----------------------------Highway 101 closed in both directions in King City, Thursday afternoon. According to Caltrans PIO Jim Shivers, at 3:45 p.m., a big-rig crash at the First Street Overcrossing caused the closure. Northbound traffic detours off Highway 101 at First Street/Metz Road to reach Highway 101 at Oak Ave.There is no estimated time of reopening, Caltrans reported.
