A new event has been announced at the Custom House Plaza in Monterey. Billed as the first "post-pandemic event" the Monterey Outdoor market will first take place on May 15-16. The market will feature artisans, food booths and food trucks. The event will be open 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturdays and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sundays. After May 16, the market will return June 12, 13, 26, 27 and July 31-Aug. 1.
