Comedy has always been popular, but it seems like there’s an uptick in the amount of local comedy shows coming up in April. Even better, a handful of those shows are free!

City Winery and Boston Comedy Festival are presenting Comedy and Cabernet on April 1st, 14th, 21st, and 28th. 

GA tickets are available for $30 on the day of the show, or for $25 in advance. There will be a different comedian each week and shows are expected to sell out, so don’t wait to buy tickets!

Starting on April 2nd under Modern Pastry in the North End, there will be a free Stand-Up Comedy show every Sunday at 7pm! Check out this page to reserve a ticket for the first show.

Every Sunday, Kings Restaurant hosts comedians from 7:30pm – 9pm, all for free! Check out this page for more information, a reservation is recommended! 

The dates for April are 4/2, 4/9, 4/16, 4/23, and 4/30. Shows continue every Sunday in the coming months as well.

Bill’s Bar is also hosting free comedy shows on Lansdowne on April 5th, 12th, 21st, and 26th.
