JHC 20th Annual Polar Plunge

JHC 20th Annual Polar Plunge

The first recorded Polar Plunge was in the early 1900s when a group of people took the plunge into the Dorchester Bay on January 1st. Ever since, they’ve continued this tradition each year to ring in the new year.

Lucky for you, if you missed the Plunge on New Year’s Day this year, the Jordan Hospital Club is gearing up for their own 20th Annual Polar Plunge on March 5th at Nelson Memorial Park in Plymouth.

Proceeds from the Plunge at Nelson Park will be going to the Jordan Hospital Club Cancer Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth.

Registration will begin at 10am, and the Plunge itself will take place at noon.
